Nestled next to the Tennessee River, the small town of Chattanooga gave life to a new breed of music. Jay Martin blends soft vocals with groovy, soft-rock progressions into a melody of pure ecstasy. His southern roots gives subtle influences of jazz in his music. 

    Jay has a unique ability to use his music to connect with his fans on a personal level. His lyrics speak of experiences and thoughts of every human; transforming wisps of emotion into something tangible and truly authentic. Many have described Jay as a brother due to his relatability and acceptance of all people.

    In 2016, Jay moved to Denver, Colorado to seek inspiration and change. He quickly found a new home in the Rockies, playing shows all across the mountain region. Growing a solid fanbase, Jay gained a backing band and began booking larger venues and mini, multi-state tours. 

    Jay Martin is currently in the serene, mountain town of Evergreen, CO recording his debut single “Imaginary” to be released in May 2020.
